Dr. Mary Ivey, MD, is a board-certified Obstetrician–Gynecologist and the founder of Second Season Wellness, a medical wellness and aesthetic practice in Charlevoix, Michigan. With more than two decades of clinical experience, she is known for blending medical expertise with a deeply compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Dr. Ivey’s career spans full-spectrum OB/GYN care, high-risk obstetrics, gynecologic surgery, women’s hormonal health, and ongoing work as a locum tenens OB/GYN physician, caring for underserved and rural communities across the Midwest. Her dedication to women’s health and her commitment to service have shaped a philosophy grounded in resilience, renewal, and rejuvenation.
